Q. How long will the job take?
A. Normally 7/10 working days

Q. Will I still be able to use the WC?
A. You will have the use of the WC throughout the works and will not be left overnight without this facility.

Q. Will there be disruption?
A. Some, but this is kept to a minimum with Health & Safety standards maintained throughout. All debris is removed from site daily and the fitters will clean up after themselves daily.

Q. Will the fitters understand my toiletry needs?
A. Yes, they are extremely courteous and will make allowances for clients who have differing toiletry needs. These needs are discussed at a pre-site meetings and the fitters are briefed prior to the work commencing.

Q. What about respite care?
A. This is normally discussed with the Occupational Therapist or with Social Services and we endeavour to work around dates for respite care.

Q. What about guarantees?
A. Our work is guaranteed for one year and any parts supplied are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Q. What if I want to keep my towel rail and bathroom cabinet?
A. All that you need to do is tell the fitter what you want to keep and they will re-fix these items.

Q. Can I have any additional tiling or upgrade the fittings?
A. If the work is grant funded then you will be able to do this but you will have to pay Newdec direct as the grant funding will not cover any extra work. If you are paying for the entire work then you can specify whatever you want.

Q. Who do I speak to if I have a problem?
A. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm and we will aim to answer any questions you may have.
